摘要
以鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂四工区大型钢包用滑板为研究对象,系统总结了滑板使用过程中的损毁现象,并分析了包括热机械破坏、热化学侵蚀和操作因素在内的损毁机理。提出了从材质、机构选型到滑板安装、使用、维护等钢包滑板长寿化措施。
Sliders for large ladies used at 4th Workshop in General Steelmaking Plant of An- gang Co., Ltd. is investigated. The worn conditions on these ladles during their operations are studied, and then the concerned wear mechanisms such as thermal shock damage, thermal chemical corrode and improper handling. Based on above analysis, some measures for prolonging the service life of the sliders for ladles are proposed with regard to the choice of materials, the structure of the sliders as well as the installation, handling and maintenance of the sliders.
