摘要
通过采用V、Cr微合金化及在线热处理技术,攀钢成功开发出强度级别1 300 MPa,轨型75 kg/m,韧塑性与现有U75V钢轨相当的第四代钢轨新产品。金相组织、常规性能、特殊性能及磨损性能测试结果表明,钢轨各项指标均满足铁道行业相关标准要求,热处理后在踏面下15 mm处的轨头深层硬度仍保持与踏面处相当的硬度值,有利于延长钢轨的使用寿命。应用结果表明,通过总重5亿t后,钢轨服役状态良好,特别适用于重载铁路小半径曲线使用。
The fourth generation new production of steel rails with the strength of 1300 MPa grade and rail type 75 kg/m is developed by Panzhihua Iron & Steel Group Co., whose ductility and toughness are equivalent to the grade of U75V rail by adding micro-alloying elements such as V and Cr and using the on-line heat treatment technology, Based on carrying out such tests or examinations as metallurgical structure examination, normal mechanical properties testing, special mechanical properties testing and abrasion performance testing, and testing results show that all kinds of properties of the rail meet relevant requirements specified in the standard. The hardness in the depth of 15 mm on the surface the head under the tread rail is equivalent to the hardness value at the tread rail, which is favorable to prolong the service life of the rail. This new rail has already been laid on heavy freight railroads, where it is demonstrating excellent performance in service after transporting 5 billion tons of freight in total. So the newly developed rail is appropriate especially for heavy-haul railways to be laid with short radius curves.
