摘要
随着现代医学和公共卫生事业的发展，人的寿命也随之延长，接受手术的外科患者中，〉65岁的老年患者越来越多。与年轻人相比，即使这些老年患者没有基础疾病，他们在手术期间的生理变化和对药物作用的反应是不一样的，他们对药物更加敏感，即给予较少剂量的药物即可产生较强的药物反应。下面我们将从药代动力学和药效学方面讨论老年人围手术期的用药特点。
