摘要
随着对能源利用的研究,人们逐渐认识到,换热器的节能效果不应采用热效率作为评价指标,而应该采用效率。效率有一个小于1的最大极限值,这个极限值取决于不可避免损失。针对板式换热器产生不可避免损失的原因,结合板式换热器的传热和摩阻特点,提出了板式换热器的不可避免损失计算方法,为板式换热器合理传递能源指明了方向。
With the research of energy utilization, people come to realize that heat efficiency should not be used as evaluation index for the energy saving effect of heat exchanger, and should be the exergy efficiency. Exergy efficiency has a less than 1 to the maximum limit, the limit depends on the inevitable with fire loss. In terms of inevitable exergy loss, heat exchange and friction characteristics of plate heat exchanger, the paper puts forward an exergy loss calculation method for the plate heat exchanger, which is instructive to reasonable energy transfer of plate heat exchanger.
