摘要
从分析国有企业招投标工作现状及问题入手,提出通过强化资源市场管理,建立企业评标专家的人才考核与管理机制,强化监督部门的作用和监督意识,从根本上加强对招投标工作的管理,从源头上遏制腐败的产生。
Starting with analysis of status and problems of tender offer and bidding in state-owned enterprise,through strengthening management of resources market,we presented that we should build up system of examination and management of bidding evaluation professional personnel,strengthen function and supervision idea of supervision department,strengthen management of tender offer and bidding from root,control corruption from the very origin.
