摘要
本文采用三维雷诺平均N-S方程和Spalart-Allmaras湍流模型,在设计工况下对具有2种喉部收缩比及5种隔板安装角的旋转冲压压缩转子进行了数值研究。结果表明:喉部收缩比可显著影响激波结构及转子性能,大喉部收缩比对应出口气流速度为亚声速,小喉部收缩比对应的总压比、静压比及效率较高。随隔板安装角增加,出口气流角及总压比呈降低趋势。为获得较好的性能及流场结构,需对各参数进行折中选择,喉部收缩比为0.6及隔板安装角为12°为本文综合性能最优的结构方案。
The three dimensional Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and the Spalart-Allmaras turbulent model are adopted to simulate numerically a flow field of the three dimensional flow-path of the ram-rotor with two kinds of throat contract ratio and five kinds of strake stagger angle. It has been found that the throat contract ratio can affect the shock wave structure and performance obviously.The flow speed is subsonic when the throat contract ratio is larger.The ram-rotor has higher adiabatic efficiency,total pressure ratio and static pressure ratio when the throat contract ratio is lower.With the increasing of the strake straggle angle,the flow angle and the total pressure ratio decrease.In order to improve the overall performance and the How field structure of the ram-rotor, the reasonable compromises should be made among the adiabatic efficiency,the total pressure ratio,the flow angle,the mass flow rate,the width of the ram-rotor,and so on.Case with throat contract ratio 0.6 and strake stagger angle 12°has the optimal configuration in the study of this paper.
