摘要
随着职业教育改革的深化,"工学交替"作为职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点,已经成为当前我国职业教育领域积极倡导和推进的一项重大变革。结合五年制高职物业管理专业实施"工学交替"的实践经验,分析高职教育"工学交替"的模式及特点,论述推行"工学交替"人才培养模式的效果和实施要点。
The mode of ＂alternation of working and learning＂ has gradually become an important point as the talent cultivation reform in vocational schools. The paper analyzes the features of this mode based on the experience of property management specialty of five-year higher vocational education in Branch College of Changzhou Construction, and expounds the effects and key points in the process of implementing the mode.
