摘要
电容式电压互感器(CVT)中包含有电容、电感等储能元件,合理选择其阻尼器能产生较好阻尼作用,否则在CVT二次负载发生变化时,可能使其二次输出回路产生谐振电压,对继电保护产生不良影响。本文针对一起保护误动的故障进行分析,通过现场试验分析发现CVT二次负载发生变化时,CVT二次回路会产生谐振电压,并导致继电保护装置的复合电压闭锁元件动作。为避免类似事件的发生,提出对CVT二次绕组回路尽可能模拟实际工况进行相关试验,使CVT的阻尼器充分发挥作用,确保CVT在投入电网运行后,在二次负载发生变化情况下能有效消除谐振。
A Capacitor voltage transformer (CVT) contains energy storage elements llke capacitance and inductance. A good damper can be an effective measure to prevent resonance voltage in the secondary output circuit when CVT secondary load changed. This paper presents a malfunction analysis of unwanted relay protection operation of this problem which leads blocking element false operation .To avoid the similar thing happened again, we come up with resonance test in similar operating mode to make a full use of damper to eliminate resonance.
