摘要
江苏沿海开发给沿海地区高职院校校企合作在办学前景、育人方式、就业市场、发展路径等方面带来了机遇,但是人才短缺和体制落后又成为沿海开发中制约校企合作的不利因素。因此,政府、学校和企业需共同努力,转变思想,创新机制,培养人才,突破发展瓶颈,才能抓住机遇,获得多赢。
Jiangsu coastal deveopment brings about challengs to coastal colleges in school-running prospective,talent-training mode,employment market and development route while talents shortage and backward sysstems are the unfavorable elements.Therefore,the government,schools and enterprises should make joint efforts, change ideas,innovate systems,cultivate talents and breakthrough the bottleneck of develoopment in order to seize the opportunities for multi-wins.
