三种类型不同的材料修复楔状缺损的临床分析 被引量:23

摘要 目的 :探讨修复楔状缺损较好的材料。方法 :在同一个体选择条件基本相同的楔状缺损患牙分别采用光固化玻璃离子、光固化复合树脂及 3MF2 0 0 0复合体充填修复 ,共 12 0例 36 0颗 ,随访观察 1 5~ 2年。结果 :F2 0 0 0组 12 0颗治疗牙中 ,其中仅 1颗修复体脱落 ,无一例密合度失败及牙髓病变发生 ,三项指标成功率均明显高于复合树脂组 (p <0 0 5 ) ,与玻璃离子组相近似 ;除脱落的修复体外 ,其余修复体均完整、无缺损 ,该项指标效果与复合树脂相近似 ,但明显优于玻璃离子组 (p <0 0 1) ;F2 0 0 0组总失败率为 0 83% ,明显低于复合树脂组及玻璃离子组 (p <0 0 1)。结论 :3MF2 0 0 0复合体是修复楔状缺损一种较好的材料 。 Objective:To explort the better material for restoring wedge-shaped defect.Methods:Application of light-cured glass ionomer,light-cured composite resin and 3MF2000 compomer to restore 360 wedge-shaped defect of the teeth in the same body and the same conditions,They were followed up for 1.5 to 2 years.Results:In the F2000 group,only one restoration fell,and none of them had bad adapation and pulp symtom,the successful rate of above target were significantly taller than that of composite resin group(p<0 05),and similar to glass inomer group.on the other hand,all restoration of F2000 group were integrated except falling ,efficiency of this target exceeded that of glass inomer group(p<0 01),and similar to composite resin group.The total failure rate of F2000group was 0 83%and it was significally lower than that of composite resin group and glass inomer group.Conclusion:3M F2000 compomer is superior to glass ionomer coment and light-cured composite resin in restoring wedge-shaped defect and it is considered to be a better material for restoring wedge-shaped defect.
