摘要
目的 :观察肌位板对磨牙症伴颅颌功能紊乱 (CMD)症状者最大紧咬时咀嚼肌肌电图及临床症状的影响。方法 :对 31例患者戴板前 ,即刻戴入板后 ,采用EM2肌电仪分别测试最大紧咬时双侧颞肌前束、后束、嚼肌及二腹肌前腹的肌电活动大小。嘱患者夜间戴板 3~ 6月 ,记录临床症状与体征的变化。结果 :肌位板能明显减少升颌肌的肌电活动 (p <0 0 5 ) ,提高嚼肌活动的对称性 (p<0 0 5 )。戴板后仅 4例紧咬牙习惯消失而不能终止夜磨牙 ,但戴板期间CMD症状持续缓解甚至消失。结论 :肌位板可明显减小磨牙症伴CMD症状者升颌肌异常过度活动 ,且提高嚼肌肌电活动的对称性 。
Objective:To observe the influence of muscular Position Splint(MPS) on masticatory muscle Electromyography (EMG)and signs and symptoms in Bruxers with Craniomandibular Disorder(CMD).Methods:EM2 electromyograph was used to test the EMG activitise of anterior temporalis,posterior temporalis,masseter muscle and anterior diagastric during maxial clenching with and without the splint in situ in 31patients.Wearing the splint during night for 3to 6 months and recording the changes of signs and symptons of the patients.Results:MPS significantly reduced the EMG activities of elevators and enhances the symmetry of masseter muscle activity.Only 4 cases with clenching habit were cured.27cases could not stop bruxism,but the signs and symptoms of CMD were continuously diminished or eliminated during the period of splint therapy.Conclusion:MPS can significantly reduce the hyperactivity of elevators and enhance the symmetry of masseter muscle activity,and thus the signs and symptoms of CMD continuously subsided.
