摘要
近年来,面对改革发展中维护职工安全健康合法权益工作所遇到的新情况和新问题,工会劳动保护工作强化源头参与,突出工作特色,在拓宽工作领域、完善监督机制、加强自身建设等方面进行了积极的探索和实践,劳动保护工作取得了新的进展。在新的形势下,工会劳动保护工作要突出重点,开拓创新,不断提升工会劳动保护工作的整体水平,推动劳动保护工作再上新台阶,促进安全生产,保障职工权益。
In recent years,Chinese trade unions met with new situations and problems in the field of protecting labor right to vocational safety and health.Preliminary achievements were made in the labor protection work through enhancing employee's participation,extending working and supervision field and improving organizational construction of trade union.Under the new situations,we shall innovate trade union's work of labor protection,improve the mechanism of production safety and supervision,so as to protect labor rights and interests better.
