摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定儿泻贴中丁香酚的含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(55:45);流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);检测波长280 nm。结果:丁香酚在0.27~6.70μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为99.76%,RSD为1.0l%(n=6)。结论:该检测方法可靠、准确、重复性好,可用于儿泻贴中丁香酚的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of eugenol in Erxie patches. Method: The HPLC method was performed on a Kromasil C18 (250 mm x4. 6 mm,5 txm) column using methanol-water (55: 45) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml. min - 1, and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Result: The calibration curve for eugenol was linear within the range of 0. 27-6.70 μg. The average recovery was 99.76% with RSD of 1.01% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion: The method is reliable, precise, reproducible for the determination of eugenol in Erxie patches.
