通用技术教师专业素养的自主发展策略研究

摘要 教师是通用技术课程有效实旋的保障。如何提高通用技术教师的专业素养是技术课程实施与发展中迫切需要解决的热点问题。通用技术教师的专业素养包括专业意识、专业知识、专业能力和专业情感四个方面,教师要自主树立专业意识,充分挖掘专业资源,自觉参加实践活动,不断反思、不断提高自身的专业素养,成为合格的通用技术教师。
