摘要
针对四通道旋流煤粉燃烧器,建立燃烧器-回转窑三维物理模型,利用fluent技术及tecplot后处理软件对窑内气相流场进行三维冷态数值模拟。考察了燃烧器出口附近气流场的分布状况,分析了各风道风速和旋流角的变化对四通道燃烧器气流场的的影响。冷态数值模拟结果可为合理控制窑内热态工况提供参考,为四通道煤粉燃烧器的优化设计提供依据。
This paper is mainly for four-channel cyclone burner.The three-dimensional physical model of coal burner-rotary kiln is established,then the 3d cold-state numerical simulation of airflow field in rotary kiln is performed by using fluent technology and post-processing software tecplot.At last,the distribution of the airflow near the burner's outlet is researched and the influence on the of the airflow field of burner caused by the changes about wind speed of each duct and swirl blade angle is analyzed.The cold-state simulation can be a reference for controlling the hot-state working conditions reasonably and a basis of optimization design for four-channel coal burners.
