摘要
提升用户体验可以增强用户的教育效果。在用户教育中要突出读者参与,强化体验;要区分用户层次,促进多元体验;要立足读者需求,把握体验时机。这些有效策略能促进用户使用体验,增强用户对高校图书馆的满意度。
The education effect may be enhanced due to improving the experience of users. It should be given prominence to that the readers participate in and strengthen the experience in the user education. The level of user should be disparted and become multi-sorts experience. The library must be based on the demand of readers, holding the experiencing opportunity of readers. The using experience of users can be promoted by these available strategies and the satisfying degree of users to university libraries may be strengthened.
