摘要
按照高校学期天数及图书馆座位数量,计算出本学期图书馆能够提供的座位次数。根据读者身份的不同,为每位读者分配一个公平的初始预约次数,所有读者的初始预约次数之和等于图书馆在既定时间内所能提供的座位次数。基于不同读者对座位的偏好不同,通过建立图书馆座位交易平台以实现交易双方效用的帕累托改进。交易双方基于图书馆拟定的价格使用虚拟货币进行座位预约次数交易,交易过程在网络平台上进行且受到图书馆的监督。当理性的读者做出符合自己利益的决策时,市场机制中看不见的手也会使这种改变符合其他读者的利益,并降低图书馆的管理成本。
According with the number of college semester days and number of library seats, we can calculate the number of seats a- vailable this semester. Distribute booking right to different readers according to identity, the number of all readers' initial booking fight are equal to the number of seats which libraries can provided. For different readers with different preferences, we should establish a li- brary seats trading platform in order to achieve Pareto improving to promote the effective in transaction. Under the price formulate by li- brary, both sides using virtual currency for seat transaction, the transaction process was carried on network and supervised by the li- brary. When readers make rational decisions for their interests, the invisible hand in the market mechanisms also make this change in line with the interests of other readers, and reduce the management costs of library.
