用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行标记技术,探索大白鼠嗅球传入纤维的起源.直视下将HRP注入大鼠一侧嗅球后,可在嗅前核、梨状皮质、屏状核、视前大细胞核、斜角带核、伏隔核、中缝背核和中央上核内观察到HRP逆行标记细胞.
The afferent connections of the olfactory bulb of the rat were studied with HRP retrograde tracing.A 30% HRP solution was injected into the anterior part of the olfactory bulb on one side.The animals survived for 3 days before giving intraventricular perfusion of 2% paraformadehyde 1.25% gluparadehyde-containing PB solution (0.lmol/L.pH 7.4), The retrograde labeled cells were found in the following areas: nucleus olfactorius anteior, cortex periformis, claustrum, nucleus tractus diagonalis, nucleus accumbens, nucleus preopticus magnocellularis, nucleus dorsalis raphes and nucleus centralis superior.
