摘要
[目的]了解烟台市常见海产品镉污染的状况。[方法]2003年10月至2007年11月,在烟台市八角、东口、西口、养马岛及地方港5个采样点随机抽取或购买鱼类、贝类等15种海产品,采用重金属单因子污染指数法对不同海产品中镉的污染程度进行评价。[结果]15种海产品镉的单项污染指数值大小顺序依次为:爬虾(3.94)>桃花蛸(2.50)>螃蟹(2.12)>笔管蛸(2.02)>扇贝(1.04)>鲳鱼(0.07)>黄花鱼(0.68)>鲅鱼(0.46)>刀鱼(0.31)>花蛤(0.17)>蛏子(0.15)>虹虾(0.14)>飞蛤(0.06)>海肠(0.05)>海参(0.01)。[结论]部分海产品已不同程度受到镉污染,爬虾已经受到重度污染;桃花蛸、螃蟹、笔管蛸受到中度污染;扇贝受轻度污染;其他产品尚清洁。
[Objective]To understand the pollution of cadmium in marine products of Yantai city.[Methods]During October,2003-November,2007,15 seafoods such as fishes,shellfish taken at random or purchased in Bajiao,Dongkou,Xikou,Yangma islang,Difang port,Yantai.Evaluation was made on pollution degree using the single pollution index of heavy metal.[Results]The order of single pollution exponential numeral from big to small for 15 marine products was Squill（3.94） Octopus ochellatus（2.50）Crab（2.12） Pen octopus（2.02）Scallop（1.04）Pomfret（0.07）Yellow-fin tuna（0.68）S.niphonius（0.46）Belt fish（0.31） Tapes japonica（0.17）Razor clam（0.15）Rainbow shrimp（0.14）Fly clam（0.06） Sea Intestine（0.05）sea cucumber（0.01）.[Conclusion]Some marine products are polluted with cadmium at different level,Squill is badly polluted,Octopus ochellatus and Crab are moderately polluted,Scallop is lightly polluted,and the others are clean.
