摘要
邻乙氧基苯酚是一种重要的有机合成中间体,应用于农药、染料、化学试剂等的合成中,药品如用于非那西丁、氢化可的松、醋酸泼尼松和地塞米松的合成,研究了利用相转移催化反应在不同的催化剂反应条件下,合成中间体邻乙氧基苯酚,在氢氧化钠存在下邻苯二酚与硫酸二乙酯60~65℃反应3h条件下合成邻乙氧基苯酚,产品收率达90%以上。对不同催化剂的使用和反应时间进行了条件优化,对产品邻乙氧基苯酚的IR谱图、NMR谱图进行了确认和详细的分析。
o-Ethoxyphenol is an important drug and organic chemical intermediate. It is applied widely in synthesis of pesticide, dye and chemical reagents, and it is also applied in synthesis of druges as acetophenacetin,hydrogen cortisone, acetate prednisone and dexamethasone. Different catalysts were used to synthesize o-ethoxyphenol by phase transfer Catalytic method, o-Ethoxyphenol was synthesized from catechol and diethyl sulfate in toluene solvent in the presence of sodium hydrate. The yield was over 90% under the reaction temperature of 60-65℃ and the reaction time of 3.0 h. The productowas characte ized by IR and NMR spectroscopy.
