摘要
尝试首次采用QFD方法进行需求的变换,确定关键客户质量需求,利用展开矩阵,从影响金融新产品质量的若干因素里找出较为关键的因素,将难以把握的质量需求落实到各职能部门,得出基于客户需求的质量策划实现途径。通过广泛地调查研究、专家咨询、归纳处理,提出了金融行业服务质量的5个要素,并把它们作为一层质量需求,对银行产品研发过程进行分析,提出改进银行新产品研发的建议并加以实施,设计出银行CDM项目系列产品。
This paper uses QFD method to find the needs of the important customer and uses the matrix to find the critical factors which can affect the quality of financial products and applies to the various functional departments. By extensive research, expert's advice and induction, the paper puts forward five elements of service quality in financial industry, analyses product development, suggestions on the product improvements to design a series of CDM product.
