摘要
目的建立测定复方协日嘎-4中总酚酸含量的方法。方法采用紫外可见分光光度法测定,检测波长为720 nm。结果姜黄素进样量在11.84~82.88μg范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y=8.177 5 X+0.127 7(r=0.999 2),加样回收率为101.77%,RSD为1.92%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于复方协日嘎-4中总酚酸的含量测定。
Objective To establish the content determination method for phenolic acid in Xieriga-4. Methods The ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometric method was used for the detetanination with the detection wavelength of 720 nm. Results Curcumin had a good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 11.84-82.88 μg and the regression equation was as follows Y=8. 177 5 X+ 0. 127 7 ( r = 0. 999 2). The average recovery rate was 101.77% , RSD = 1.92% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate,which can be used for total ohenolic acid determination in Xieriga-4.
