摘要
分析豆制品加工业存在的问题,如工业化程度低,保质期短、卫生质量差,产品标准化程度低,品质不稳定等,从豆制品生产规模化、工业化、加工机械化,加工设备和产品包装现代化等方面探讨豆制品加工业的发展对策。
The existence problems in processing industry are analyzed,for example,the low industrialization degree,short shelf life,poor sanitary quality,low standardization,unstable quality and so on.The development strategies on soy product processing industry were discussed,including production industrialization,processing mechanization and modernization of processing equipments and product packaging.
