番茄下胚轴和子叶组织培养及植株再生的研究 被引量:11

摘要 以番茄幼苗的下胚轴和子叶为外植体,研究不同激素培养基对其愈伤组织、不定芽诱导及生根的影响。结果表明:以MS为基本培养基,添加NAA0.7mg·L-1,LA2711在6-BA0.7mg·L-1,Liger在6-BA1.0mg·L-1时对子叶和下培轴诱导愈伤效果最好;6-BA为2.0mg·L-1时,LA2711在IAA0.3mg·L-1,Liger在IAA0.1mg·L-1条件下分化率最高。 With hypocotyls and cotyledon of tomato seedlings as the explants, the effects of mediums with different hormone on callus, adventitious bud induction, and rooting of the explants were studied. The results showed that it's effect was the best that using 0.7 mg· L^-1 6-BA concentration and 1.0 mg·L^-1 6-BA concentration inducted callus of hypoeotyls and cotyledon of LA2711 tomato and Liger tomato in MS medium with NAA 0.7 mg·L^-1. In 2.0 mg·L^-16-BA level, it' s effect was the best that using 0.3 mg·L^-1 IAA level inducted differentiation of LA2711 tomato, and it's effect was the best that using 0.1 mg·L^-1 IAA level inducted differentiation of Liger tomato.
