摘要
采用高压水雾化法进行了铜钴合金料破碎的工业试验。结果表明,所制备铜钴合金粉末的粒度细小均匀,可完全满足后续浸出工序要求。同时,介绍了该法的工艺原理和设备系统,进行了工艺及设备的特点分析,并提出了进一步改进和完善的建议。
The commercial test of Cu-Co alloy crushing was carried out by high-pressure water atomization. The results show that the prepared Cu-Co alloy powder has a small and uniform particle size, quite fit for the subsequent leaching process. Technical principle and equipment system of the above process are introduced,their characteristics are analyzed. Suggestions are made to further improve and perfect the process.
