摘要
为了进一步研究甘草、黄芩、马齿苋和桦褐孔菌体外抗弓形虫作用,本试验将提取的3种中药和桦褐孔菌提取物及其组合分别进行了体外抗弓形虫试验。结果表明,甘草和黄芩提取物具有较好的抗虫效果,且黄芩优于甘草,马齿苋和桦褐孔菌提取物抗虫效果较弱;甘草与黄芩组合、4种提取物组合的效果优于其他组合和蒿甲醚组。说明4种提取物组成的复方在体外具有良好的抗弓形虫作用。
In order to further study the inhibition of the active ingredients of three traditional Chinese medicine and Inonotus obliquus and their complex to Toxoplasma in vitro,which were the Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Scutellaria baicalensis,Portulaca oleracea and Inonotus obliquus,the effects of the four extracts and their complex on the inhibition of Toxoplasma in vitro were compared.The results showed that the extracts of G.uralensis and S.baicalensis had better inhibition effects,S.baicalensis was superior to G.uralensis,the P.oleracea and I.obliquus weak effects.The effect of the combination of G.uralensis and S.baicalensis,four extracts combination were superior to that of others and artemether group.The compound of extracts had good inhibition to Toxoplasma in vitro.
