摘要
通过对不同混纺比芳砜纶/粘胶混纺织物进行阻燃和吸湿速干复合整理试探试验,确定了阻燃剂和吸湿速干整理剂的浓度范围以及复合整理过程的顺序。根据试探试验结果,对织物进行阻燃和吸湿速干后整理,测试原样和经过整理后织物的阻燃、吸湿、透湿和透气性能,通过对比分析得到最优的整理方案和混纺比例。
Different blended ratioes of polysulfonamide and Viscose blended fabrics were finished by flame-retardant reagent and quick-drying absorption reagent to determine their useful concentration range and finishing sequence. The fabric were finished based on the probe test results, and then the performances of flame-retardance, absorption, water-vapour transmission and air permeability of non-finishing fabric and the finished fabric were compared to get the optimized finishing solution and blending ratio of the blended fabric.
