摘要
本文建立了气相色谱质谱联用法测定烟用胶粘剂中苯系物的方法,采用溶剂萃取的方法提取样品中的苯系物,采用气相色谱进行分离,质谱进行定性分析,外标法进行定量分析。结果显示:苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯的线性良好,检出限分别为0.03、0.02、0.03、0.02、0.02mg/kg,定量限分别为0.07、0.05、0.07、0.05、0.05mg/kg。对烟用胶粘剂样品进行加标回收,平均回收率均在92.2%-99.0%之间,6次测定的相对标准偏差均小于3%,该方法具有准确、快速、简单以及灵敏度高的特点,能够适应大规模样品的快速分析要求。
This paper reported the methods for determination of Benzene homologues in cigarette adhesives by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Benzene homologues were extracted by solvent extraction methods and were separated by gas chromatography. Benzene homologues were determined by mass spectrometry for qualitative analysis and external standard method for quantitative analysis. The results showed that the working curves for benzene, toluene, p-xy- lene, m-xylene, o-xylene were good linearity, and the method detection limits were 0.03 , 0.02 , 0.03, 0.02 , 0.02mg/kg, and quantization limits were 0.07, 0.05, 0.07, 0.05, 0.05mg/kg. The recovery rates for benzene homologues in cigarette adhesives samples were 92.2%-99.0%, and 6 parallel determination of the relative standard deviation is less than 3%. This method is rapid, simple and accurate, high sensitivity for measurements of benzene homologues. Its can adapt to quick analysis the large samples.
