摘要
近几年各地区成人高等教育报名人数与实际招生计划间比例出现了严重不均,不同地区间成人高等教育权利"不公平"现象日益凸显,这除了与各地区高等教育机构提供的成人高等教育教学资源不均的原因外,还与各地区职业教育、城镇化水平等多方面的因素有关。本文旨在探讨造成这一现象的原因,期望能对成人教育工作者有所启示。
Unbalancement has appeared between the enrollment of adult higher education and the actual plan in different regions. The unfair situation of adult higher education rights is becoming increasingly prominent. It does not only relates with the differ- ence of adult higher education resource, but also with the differences of occupation, urbanization level, etc. This paper aims to explore the reasons which cause this situation, and to inspire the adult education.
