摘要
双压凝汽器高、低压侧之间维持一定压差是其较传统单压凝汽器节能的关键。针对冬季运行时,双压凝汽器低压侧真空过高的特殊性,提出在高、低压侧循环水入口管道之间安装旁路管道,通过控制进入低压侧循环水流量,在保持高压侧真空不变的前提下,有效避免冬季低压侧真空过高的技术改造方案,并以某600MW机组配置的N-38000-1型双压凝汽器为例,进行了实例分析研究。研究结果对双压凝汽器冬季节能运行提供了依据。
Compared to traditional single-pressure condenser, it's a key to maintain some pressure difference between higher and lower side of dual-pressure condenser in aspect of energy-saving operation. According to particularity of overtopped vacuum for lower side in winter, technology reformation scheme is put forward to effectively avoid overtopped vacuum for lower side in winter,which by-pass pipeline is installed between higher and lower side water-circulating inlet by means of controlling flow rate of lower side water-circulating in precondition of keeping invariant vacuum of higher side. And then N -38000 - 1 type dual-pressure condenser of some 600MW unit is taken as an example to carry on analysis research. The research results provide the reference for energy-saving operation for dual-pressure condenser in winter.
