石菖蒲水提取物对小鼠学习记忆及血液学指标的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察石菖蒲水提取物对小鼠学习记忆及力竭运动后血液学指标的影响。方法利用Morris水迷宫观察小鼠的学习记忆能力,同时测定SOD、MDA、RBC和Hb。结果学习记忆组小鼠灌胃石菖蒲水提取物后,中剂量组和大剂量组找到站台的潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.05),穿越站台次数显著增加(P<0.05)。中剂量组和大剂量组小鼠脑组织SOD活性明显增高,MDA含量明显减少,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。小剂量组各指标与大剂量组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。运动组中,灌胃石菖蒲后小鼠负重游泳力竭时间与游泳组相比明显延长(P<0.01)。血液学指标显示,游泳组小鼠RBC和Hb均低于没有进行游泳训练的对照组(P<0.05)。而石菖蒲组小鼠RBC和Hb与对照组比较无明显差异,与游泳组比较显著增加(P<0.05)。结论 1.石菖蒲水提取物可增强小鼠的学习记忆能力,增加脑组织SOD活性,降低MDA含量。2.石菖蒲水提取物可增强小鼠的运动能力,并能有效抑制大强度运动引起的RBC和Hb改变。 Objective To observe the effects of water extract from Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma on learning and memory abilities and index of hematology in mice. Methods The ability of learning and memory were observed by the Morris water maze. The activity of superoxide dismutases (SOD) and the content of maleic dialdehyde (MDA) in brain and the RBC and Hb were determined. Results Compared with control group the mice in learning and memory group which were given the middle-dose and high-dose extracts from Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma the incubation period to search the site were significantly shorten(P〈0.05) ,and the times of passing through the flatform were significantly inereased(P 〈0.05). As well as the activity of SOD significantly increased and the content of MDA significantly decreased compared with control group(P〈0.05). In motion group the mice which were given extracts from Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma the weight-loaded swimming time signicantly extend compared with swimming group (P〈0. 05). Compared with control group the red blood corpuscle and hemoglobin level in swimming group were significantly depressed(P〈0.05). However,the red blood corpuscle and hemoglobin level in Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma group were increased compared with swimming group(P〈0.05)and similar with control group. Conclusion 1. The water extract from Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma can enhance the ability of learning and memory in mice, raise the activity of SOD and depress the content of MDA. 2. The water extract from Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma can help to the ability of motor and active suppressed the change of red blood corpuscle and hemoglobin because of strenuous exercise.
