摘要
目的 探讨p1 5、p1 6基因在肝细胞肝癌 (HCC)的表达情况、相互关系及其临床病理意义。方法 用免疫组织化学方法 (SABC法 )检测了p1 5、p1 6基因在 30例HCC标本中的表达。结果 p1 6、p1 5基因在HCC的阳性表达率在肿瘤分级及临床分期的差异中均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 p1 5、p1 6 基因的异常表达在HCC中的发生、发展过程中起重要作用 ,二者在HCC中的表达具有不均衡性。
Objective To investigate p15 and p16 genes expression in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and their relationship with clinico pathological significance. Method Immunohistochemical method (SABC) was used to detect the p15 and p16 gene expression in 30 cases of HCC. Results The positive rates of p15 and p16 genes were obviously related to the tumor grade and clinical stage (P<0 05). Conclusions Abnormal expression of p15 and p16 genes plays an important role in the development of HCC. Based on our data, expression of p15 and p16 genes is not a balanced event in HCC.
