摘要
稀土微晶玻璃是在氧化物玻璃基础上发展起来的多组分、多物相复杂材料系统。稀土在改善微晶玻璃性能、促进功能多样化方面均可发挥重要作用。及时总结和探索稀土的作用规律和机理是稀土微晶玻璃研究开发的重要基础。试以制备工序为线索,综述了稀土在几种典型微晶玻璃中对熔制高温粘度及热处理过程中析晶、分相和性能的作用规律、机理、影响因素以及研究中尚存的困难和不足,以期为同行在类似领域中的研究指明方向、提供借鉴。
Rare earth (RE) glass-ceramics developed on the base of oxide glass ceramics are very complicated materials with diversiform components and phases. The addition of RE contributes extensively to the property en hancements and the versatility of the materials. Timing summary and continuous exploration of the effect of RE may pave the way for the success of the future development of RE glass ceramics. The effects of RE on the high-tempera- ture viscosity, crystallization, phase separation of several typical glass ceramics in the sequences of the ceramics" fabri- cation process are reviewed. Several difficulties and deficiencies of the current research are also discussed with an aim to shed more lights for peers.
