摘要
本文研究应用型人才的内涵,认为应用型人才是人才的一种类型而非层次,其特征是有能力利用科学原理、通过社会实践创造性地解决现实问题,其培养是各类高校共同的任务;同时分析了目标定位、目标实现相关的七个方面问题,并提出了改革的思路。
This paper studies the connotation of application-oriented talents and holds that the concept of ap- plication-oriented talents refers to a category of talents rather than a level of them, whose primary characteristic is their ability to solve practical problems creatively through the utilization of scientific principles and social practice. It is the common task of higher education institutions to cultivate application-oriented talents. Moreover, this paper analyzes problems in seven aspects relevant to object orientation and object realization in the cultivating process and puts forward some ideas on the innovation.
