摘要
创新型人才培养是建设创新型国家的重要一环。英国于上世纪70年代中期组建了非营利性的教学公司,性质上属于产学研结合的"教育模式"而非"产业模式"。教学公司的非公司治理结构和半行政半市场的运作机制促进了多主体构建的组织体从内耗走向内聚,从有磨无合走向无缝对接,促进了创业人才的培养和产学研的有机结合。在我国创新型人才培养和产学研结合的探索中,英国政府的主导作用、合理的制度机制和镶嵌式的创新人才培养模式等方面都值得我们借鉴。
Crelative talent training ought to be the key set up the non-beneficial teaching company in the for constructing an innovative country. Britain has mid-1970s. In nature, the company is attributed to "teaching pattern" but not "industrial pattern". The teaching company's non-company management structure and quasi- administrative --quasi-market's operation mechanism promoted the organization which makes up of multiple main bodies to move toward the cohesion and seamless docking from the internal friction. This pattern can push the foster of entrepreneurial talents and industry-university-re- search Corporation. British government's leading role, reasonable system mechanism and the training model of entrepreneurial talents are worthy of reference for us.
