摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚酯多元醇(BG)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、环氧树脂(EP)、三乙醇胺(TEA)等为主要原料,采用预聚体法制备了阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液。研究了预聚体中R值(NCO基与OH基的物质的量比)、各组分的用量对水性聚氨酯乳液(WPU)及胶膜性能的影响。结果表明,当R值在3.5~4.5、EP用量在5%~6%、MDEA质量分数在5%~7%时所合成的阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液稳定性最好,胶膜的综合性能最佳。
The cationic waterborne polyurethane emulsion was prepared with prepolymer method and with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polyester polyol (BG), N- methyldiethanolamine (MDEA), epoxy resin (EP), and triethanolamine (TEA) as main materials. The effects of R value ( molar ratio of NCO to OH) and dosage of each component on the performance of waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion and glue film were studied. Result showed that the synthesized cationic waterborne polyurethane emulsion had the best stability and glue film had best comprehensive performance at the R value of 3.5 - 4.5, EP dosage of 5% - 6% , and MDEA mass fraction of 5 % - 7%.
