摘要
[目的]观察阿法骨化醇胶囊合钙尔奇d片配合中药自拟方治疗骨质疏松症的疗效。[方法]将56例随机分为两组。对照组28例采用阿法骨化醇胶囊联合钙尔奇d片治疗,治疗组28例在对照组的治疗基础上配合中药自拟方剂。治疗2个疗程(120d)后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组好转18例,缓解6例,无效4例,总有效率85.70%。对照组好转10例,缓解7例,无效11例,总有效率为60.70%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]阿法骨化醇胶囊能够促进骨细胞生长,与钙剂合用能抑制骨吸收,促进骨形成,中医治疗以补肾壮骨,效果更加显著,可防治骨质疏松症的发生。
[Objective]To observe effect of treating osteoporosis with alfacalcidol capsules and caltrate d film plus chinese medicine Zini Fang.[Methods]The 56 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Control group 28 cases with alfacalcidol capsules and caltrate d film.Treatment group 28 cases in the control group based on the plus chinese medicine Zini Fang.After 2 coures of treatment(120d) to determine the efficacy.[Results]The treatment group improve 18 cases,remission 6 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total efficiency rate for 85.70%.The control group improve 10 cases,remission 7 cases,invalid 11 cases,the total efficiency rate for 60.70%.Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Alcohol capsule ossification,can promote bone cell growth,and calcium share can inhibit bone absorption,promote bone formation,combine traditional chinese and western medicine treatment to the kidney,healing effect more significant bones,prevent and control the occurrence of osteoporosis.
