摘要
分五型辨治消化性溃疡。即:肝胃不和型,治以疏肝和胃兼须理气;脾胃虚寒型,治以温中散寒为主;肝胃郁热型,治以清热解郁为主;痰饮型,治以温中化饮;瘀痛型,治以活血化瘀为主,治疗用药时注重病情不同程度及兼症的变化。
Treatment of peptic ulcer in five types.Namely：liver-stomach disharmony type,treat disease with Smoothing the liver and regulating the stomach and Qi;insufficiency of the spleen-yang type,treat disease with warming spleen and stomach for dispelling cold;Heat stagnation of liver and stomach type,treat disease with Clearing heat and relieving depression;phlegm retention type,treat disease with warming Zhong for resolving fluid retentio;Blood stasis pain type,treat disease with blood circulation,treatment on disease in different degree and disease changes.
