盆腹腔术后粘连的发生机制及预防措施 被引量:11

摘要 盆腹腔术后粘连是一个棘手的问题。腹部手术后粘连发生率为50%-97%^[1],粘连可导致肠梗阻、不孕、慢性盆腹腔痛,还可增加再次手术的并发症发生率,使术后护理更复杂、住院时间更长^[2]。40%的肠梗阻病人都是因为术后粘连造成的^[3],有粘连的病人需要再次住院进行第2次手术约占35%^[4]。在美国,每年约有40万台粘连分解手术,
