摘要
社会治安防控本质上是一种政府公共服务,工作中必须树立"打防结合、以防为主"的理念,科学设定治安防控的目标和任务。应当通过夯实社会管理基础、推行治安防控参与奖励机制、构建治安防控信息共享平台、加大宣传教育工作力度等方式完善社会治安防控体系建设。
Public order prevention and control is essentially a government public service.We must establish the concept of ＂combining punishment and prevention with the latter prioritized＂.It is necessary to set up the objectives and tasks of public order prevention and control scientifically.To perfect the public order prevention and control system,we must hold on measures including consolidating the basement of social management,reward mechanism of involvement in public order prevention and control,sharing information platform about public order prevention and control and increasing publicity and education efforts.
