毫针点刺加参麦针痛点注射治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效观察 被引量:13

Clinical Effect of Filiform Needle Pricking Combined with Painful Point Injection of Shenmai Injection for Stenosing Tenosynovitis of Radial Styloid Process

摘要 目的:观察毫针点刺加参麦针痛点注射治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者的临床疗效。方法:将96例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分成3组。试验Ⅰ组33例,采用毫针点刺加参麦针痛点注射疗法;试验Ⅱ组32例,采用毫针点刺法治疗;对照组31例,采用局部封闭治疗。结果:通过对3组患者治疗前后的比较观察,显示患者术后症状均立即缓解,治疗1疗程后随访1周总有效率试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、对照组分别达96.9%、90.6%和87.1%,组间比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗1疗程后随访3月总有效率试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、对照组分别达93.9%、75.0%和74.2%,组间比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用毫针点刺加参麦针痛点注射法治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎,可取得良好临床疗效。 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of filiform needle pricking for stenosing tenosynovitis of radial stylo^d process. Methods: Ninety-six outpatients were randomized into'three groups. Treatment group I including thirty-three patients was treated with filiform needle pricking combined with painful point injection of Shenmai Injection. Treatment group II including th try-two patients was treated with filiform needle pricking alone, and the control group including thirty-one patients was treated with local blocking therapy. Results, The comparison among the three groups before and after treatment showed that relief against clinical symptoms were relieved immediately. The effective rate one week after treatment was 96.9% in treatment group I, 90.6% in treatment gr0uP II, and87.1% in thecontrolgroup, the differencebeinginsignificant(P 〉 0.05). Three months after treatment, the effective rate was 93.9% in treatment group I , 75.0% in treatment group II , and 74.2%in the control group, the difference among treatment group I , treatment group II and the control group being significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion. Filiform needle pricking combined with painful point injection of Shenmai Injection has certain effect for stenosing tenosvnovitis of radial stvloid orocess.
