摘要
目的了解河北省装修工的一般状况和社会保障情况。方法自制调查表,采用随机和方便抽样方法进行抽样调查。结果装修工参加保险率为76.1%,不参加保险的原因主要是对社会保险政策不了解(54.0%)和缴费过多(32.2%),主要通过报纸(39.3%)、网络(38.9%)和电视电台(35.1%)来了解保险。70.6%的装修工能接受的每月保险金额为30元以下。结论河北省装修工参保率低的主要原因是对社会保险政策认识不足、社保"门槛"相对较高有关。应严格加强劳动监察、监督制度,建立健全社会保障体系。
Objective To understand the general condition and social security situation of decorating workers in Hebei Province.Methods Decorating workers were investigated with self-designed questionnaires by the random and convenience sampling.Results The rate of enlisting insurance was 76.1%.The reason for without insurance was that the expenditure was over high（32.2%） and that they had little knowledge about social security policies（54.0%）.They knew social insurance mainly through newspapers（39.3%）,networks（38.9%） and TV（35.1%）.The insurance charge that 70.6% decorating workers could achieve in every month was below 30 yuan.Conclusion The low rate of enlisting insurance among decorating workers in Hebei province results from little knowledge about social security policies and the relatively high threshold of social insurance.A sound social safeguard and labor monitoring system should be strictly established
