摘要
本文运用近年来对黄瓜保健价值的研究成果,介绍了黄瓜抗衰老、美容、抗肿瘤、保肝、抗炎等保健价值,并简单概述其保健机理。
This paper introduces the cucumber health value of anti-aging,beauty,anti tumor,liver,anti-inflammatory by using the results which came from the recent studies of on cucumber health value,and a brief summary its heahh mechanism.
