摘要
分析了科研项目查新委托"季节性"现象及其成因,提出了相应的对策,以期引起科研管理部门、查新机构、查新委托人的共同关注。
In order to evoke the concern of scientific research management departments, novelty assessment institutions, and novelty assessment trnstors, the reasons of seasonal phenomenon in novelty assessment of literature for scientific research projects were analyzed with certain measures put forward for its solution.
