摘要
在普通高校扩招的今天,大学生群体与日俱增,大学生们的素质也参差不齐。近年来,有关大学生犯罪的案件一再增多,人数急剧上升,手段及犯罪类型也逐步增多,大学生理应成为国家未来发展的栋梁之才,却偏偏走上犯罪的道路,成为阶下囚,真是令人痛心,让人为之惋惜。本文从当前大学生犯罪现状出发,通过对大学生犯罪的特点及主要原因的剖析,提出了几点关于如何遏制大学生犯罪的对策,其目的也即是为了预防和减少大学生犯罪现象的发生,使大学校园处于一个和谐、文明的氛围之中。本文所指的"大学生"仅指国家统招的全日制在校大学生,包括大学专科生、本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生。
In the face of the ordinary university expansion today,the university student groups are increaseing by the day,and the quality of college students also is uneven.In recent years,the university has been an upward trend in the crime rate.a sharp rise in the Numbers,and means and crime types have gradually increased.The college students should be pillars development of the country in future,but it happened on the way of crime,become a prisoner,that it is painful and regretful.Therefore,this article after careful investigation and research,from the current status of college students Committing Crimes,Through a lot of investigations and analyses to characteristics of crime and the main cause of crime,the paper brings forward several suggestions about how to curb the countermeasures of university student crime,its purpose that is to prevent and reduce the occurrence of university students＇ crime,and to make the university campus in a harmonious and civilized atmosphere in.The college students mentioned in this paper refer to the full-time school in the common institutions of lighter learning,including students,university undergraduates,graduate students and doctoral students.
