摘要
中国劳动力市场上"用工荒"与大学生"就业难"同时并存,意味着大学生就业适配性问题的日益突出。本文阐述了大学生就业适配性问题的主要表现,从劳动力市场、大学生就业制度和大学生就业能力三方面寻找适配性问题产生的主要原因,以期能找出大学生就业过程中适配性问题的关键所在,并从以上三个方面提出加强大学生与用人单位适配性的对策。
In the labor market of China,the labor shortage and the difficult employment of college students both exist at the same time.It shows that the problem is getting conspicuous,which the college students how to satisfy with the need of the society.The article stated the main performance of the problem and analyze the main reasons of the adaptation problems from three aspects：the labor market,the system of the students＇ employment and the students＇ employment ability.It hopes to find the key to the adaptation problems in the college students＇ employment and propose countermeasures on strengthening the adaptability of college students and employers from the three aspects above.
