摘要
目的探讨玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射加独活寄生汤治疗老年性膝关节炎的疗效。方法回顾收治的老年性膝关节炎患者,分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予玻璃酸钠注射液,观察组在对照组基础上,口服独活寄生汤。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为91.67%,两组比较具有显著性差异。结论采用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射配合服用独活寄生汤以及,洗患膝,能提高患者的治愈率,并且提高患者的生活质量。
Objective Study of sodium hyaluronate with DUHUOJISHENG senile knee effect. Methods Choose to hospital for treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee elderly patients, Divided into control group and observation group, The control group was injected with sodium hyaluronate, In based on the control group, Observation group with DUHUOJISHENG. Results The two groups was significant difference.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate with DUHUOJISHENG and Fumigation knees, can improve the cure rate and patient quality of life.
