摘要
为了研究联接松动后组配式半骨盆假体应力分布的变化,建立了组配式半骨盆假体重建后的骨盆三维有限元模型,模型包含骶骨、髂骨、股骨、主要韧带结构及半骨盆假体。利用半骨盆模型模拟了在组配式半骨盆假体中单个和多个骨盆紧固螺钉松动时组配式假体的应力分布情况。计算结果表明:靠近骨盆弓状线处紧固螺钉的松动对组配式半骨盆假体应力分布影响最大;远离骨盆弓状线的紧固螺钉的松动对组配式假体应力分布影响较小。
The changes in the stress distribution of pelvic and modular hemipelvic prostheses with loose connection bolts was analyzed using a three-dimensional finite element model of a reconstructed pelvis,including the sacrum,ilium,femur,the major ligament structure and the modular hemipelvic prostheses.The Von Mises stress distribution in the modular hemipelvic prostheses was simulated when one or more pelvic bolts loosed in the reconstructed hemi pelvic model.The results indicate that the most important factor affecting the stress distribution in the modular hemipelvic prostheses was the loosening of the pelvic bolts near the arcuate line.Loosening of pelvic bolts far from the arcuate line has little effect on the stress distribution in the modular hemipelvic prostheses.
