摘要 指出了在水质评价中应用单因子评价法经常会遇到亦此亦彼的模糊概念。探讨了通过模糊综合评价引入了模糊数学隶属度的概念,可以有效地解决在水质级别划定时由于中介过渡引起的亦此亦彼性,能为制定水体的环保政策和水污染防治规划起到借鉴作用。 Single-factor evaluation is often applied to water quality assessment,which can give prominence to main polluting factors and the calculation is simple and convenient.However,the application of single-factor evaluation will easily face the problems of transition phenomenon.Fuzzy comprehensive assessment,which brings the ideas of membership in fuzzy mathematics,can define the water level effectively and objectively when faced with the transition phenomenon,and play the role of reference for establishing environmental policies and water pollution control planning.
