摘要
采用不同频率的超声波直探头和斜探头,对不同机加工方式、不同表面粗糙度的试块进行了系列耦合状态研究。发现表面耦合状态与试块表面机加工方式有直接关系,并在直探头探伤时还与探头频率有关。最后给出了耦合差补偿方法。
The author used different frequencies of ultrasonic normal probes and angle probe to carry on a series of research though different machining methods and different surface roughness block, and found that states had direct relationship with the test block surface coupling and surface machining method, normal probe also have connection with probe frequency. Finally, this paper put out compensation method.
